Lottery game and he always plays the same numbers -- 6-4-1-5-3 - his employee ID number. He placed a $1 straight wager for the June 14 mid-day drawing and won the top prize. Cool about his win, West said he didn't believe it at first. "I asked for a printout because sometimes people write the incorrect numbers. I didn't believe it," he said. "I checked the numbers online about four times." West decided to take a day off from work to claim his prize. He said he plans to use his winnings to pay off one of his vehicles and take a cruise. He bought his winning ticket at D.C. Mini Market, 1828 First Street, N.W.
