DC 3 is a three-digit game. Prizes vary from $25 to $500. DC 3 is available at all retail locations and on the iLottery platform.
Drawing Dates & Times
Drawings are held three times a day, at 1:50 p.m., 7:50 p.m., and 11:30 p.m. You can purchase tickets until 1:49 p.m., 7:49 p.m., and 11:29 p.m. respectively. Drawings are held seven days a week. For winning numbers, scroll down to check your numbers or call the Lot-Line at 202-678-3333.

How to Play
Pick up a DC 3 play slip from your retailer. Fill out the play slip and hand it to your retailer to receive a ticket. Check your tickets carefully.
You can purchase tickets until 1:49 p.m., 7:49 p.m., and 11:29 p.m.
Choose Your Numbers
There are three ways to play DC 3
- Manually select Your Numbers.
- Choose the Quick Pick option.
- Use a play slip and choose one digit, 0-9, from each column.
To Play
- Players manually select their numbers or use the Quick Pick feature.
- Choose one number between 0-9 in each column on the play slip.
- Select your amount ($.50 or $1.00). The maximum play amount is $208.
- For each game, select your play type by marking Straight, Box, Straight/Box, Front Pair, Back Pair, or Combo.
- Select a draw time: Day, Evening, Night, or All.
- You may place up to five separate wagers on each play slip.
Optional Plays
Multi-Drawings: Play the same numbers for up to seven consecutive drawings.
Advance Play: Play any future drawing of DC 3 up to seven days in advance by selecting the day and drawing time you want to play. If you're going to play more than one game, notify the agent of your start and end dates.

The ticket, not the play slip, shall be the only valid proof of the selections made and the only valid instrument for claiming a prize.
Players must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by all rules and regulations of the DC Lottery. By purchasing a ticket and submitting a prize claim, each potential winner grants the DC Lottery the right to use the winner’s name, city, county, state of residence, prize amount, and photograph or likeness to publicize their winnings. The potential winner also authorizes the DC Lottery to advertise and promote games or goodwill for the DC Lottery in any print, broadcast, electronic, Internet, or other form of media whatsoever, without further consideration.
Prizes must be claimed within 180 days from the date of the drawing.
Lottery games are subject to the requirements set forth in D.C. Code §§ 36-601.01 - 36-601.37 and Title 30 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations. Complete game rules are available from the DC Lottery upon request.
