Pick up a Lotto America play slip from your retailer. Fill out the play slip and hand it over to your retailer to receive a ticket. Check your tickets carefully. Lotto America tickets cannot be cancelled.

Jackpot winners may choose to receive their prize as an annuity, paid in 30 graduated payments over 29 years, or a lump-sum payment. Both advertised prize options are prior to federal and jurisdictional taxes.
ALL STAR BONUS FEATURE:

The ticket, not the play slip, shall be the only valid proof of the selections made and the only valid instrument for claiming a prize.
