Warren L. of the Washington metro area won a $100,000 top prize playing the Money Bag Bonus scratcher. When visiting one of his favorite retailers, he put $20 into a lottery vending machine and purchased three scratcher games. Warren said the first ticket resulted in a double-digit prize, the second game yielded a triple-digit prize, and when he scratched the final ticket and realized he'd won a top prize, Warren said he rushed home to contemplate his situation. Always an entrepreneur, Warren says his winnings will be used to expand his food truck enterprise that he operates in honor of his wife and sister.
