The couple cashed-in their $200,000 winning Powerball ticket purchased at Skip's Liquors, 405 61st Street, N.E., for the drawing held on June 29, 2011. Together for 27 years, and both recently laid-off, the couple has home renovation plans in the works; and Mrs. Hackett says, "I'm buying a carpet cleaner!"
