Raymond Newman of Landover Hills, MD, is no stranger to the D.C. Lottery's winners circle. In March 2010, the loyal DC5 player won $50,000. In July, he and his wife were among the revelers at the one-year anniversary for DC5 at L'Enfant Plaza. And, now Mr. Newman is back on our Winner's Page with another win with DC5—this time for $25,000! "I feel great. I'm planning on retiring soon and this will help me take care of some things.
