When visiting his favorite retailer, the forward thinker and 26-year veteran of the hospitality industry, asks for a cup of coffee and a “winning” scratcher. Oscar joked that while the clerk doesn’t always get the second part of his order correct, this time it was just right. Now, $50,000 richer, the local entrepreneur is eager to reinvest in his new food business.
