After Minnie Ellis (center)  realized she won $100,000 on the Empire Elite scratch ticket, she knew exactly what she would do with the money -- pay off bills, put some away for a rainy day, and SHARE WITH HER FAMILY!  Niece Lisa Johnson (left) and great nephew Jeffrey Johnson (right) also play the DC Lottery and were all smiles as they accompanied their aunt to the Prize Center.  "I don't smile because I don't like to show a lot of excitement," stated Minnie, "But, I'm very happy about my win."
