Maingerel Mijiddorj had on his District of Columbia Black t-shirt when he arrived to claim his prize. "I'm a Scratcher!" he proudly pronounced when asked about the shirt. He's a D.C. Lottery scratcher alright. Mr. Mijiddorj is also a winner of a $250 gift card from the D.C. Lottery's Pink Panther 2nd Chance Drawing who says he took a liking to the game because of the cash prizes and the 2nd Chance Bonus game. "I like looking for the cat on the computer!" The Virginia resident says he's getting new tires for his car, but his wife might have other plans. "It was a big surprise when I saw my name on the web site. I told my wife and she said, 'What are we going to do with the money?'", laughed Mijiddorj. We'll see.
