Two members of the "Supreme Court 7" office pool, Lisa Simmons (left) and Rhonda Cheatham (right), excitedly claim their $10,000 POWERBALL prize at the D.C. Lottery's Claim Center for their office pool that was formed in April. This is the first big win for the program developers, who were one number short of winning the $123 million jackpot. "We thought it was going to be our last day [at work]," Cheatham laughed.
