The winning numbers were: 27-1-12-11-9, Property #19 (B&O Railroad); and the Millionaires' Club Number was DC 0003-001217. This winner is a Millionaires' Club level winner. The trust's representative, Mr. Felix Alexander, was asked if he was going to Disney World to celebrate the big win. Based in Orlando, Florida he responded, "I'm just around the corner from there.
