In the morning on her way to work, Johnetta Brown bought a few D.C. Lottery Scratchers, including the $10 Aces High. She also bought one at lunch and after work she stopped by Rainbow Touch, 801 K Street, NW to get another one. While waiting for her daughter to get off of work, the Largo, MD resident scratched the ticket that she had purchased at the end of the day and immediately saw that she had won $10,000!!! "It can be true," I said to myself Brown recalled. "It can't be true." Too anxious to wait for her daughter, she went inside to show her the ticket. "On the way home, I kept getting ready to wake up," Brown laughed. "This is too exciting!"
