The D.C. Lottery congratulated James Wallace of Washington, D.C., the final winner for our Spot the Pink Panther Facebook contest. Upon receipt of his Pink Panther Prize Pack, Mr. Wallace said he was on his way to play his numbers as he was "feeling lucky." He then said, "Next time, I'll see you at 14th and U!" referencing the D.C. Lottery's Claim Center and his projection for a big win!
