Entering his nonwinning tickets online in the second chance drawing contest, Cutlip was excited about his win. "My mother's boyfriend told me that he saw my name on the website. Then, I checked my e-mail and found out I had won." The Cheltenham, Maryland resident says he's still playing for the $1 million prize. There are two $1 million prizes remaining with Black, and Cutlip said the next he comes to the Claim Center, he wants it to be because he's a millionaire.
