And, always wins when his mother-in-law visits. Lucky for him, she visited over the winter holidays! His winning ticket was purchased at Sheffield Wine and Liquor, 5025 Connecticut Avenue, NW. The winning number was 17-27-37-40-53; and the Powerball number was 35. Bruce matched the five winning numbers, but not the Powerball number.
