The Office of Lottery and Gaming (Office) announces a series of public roundtable meetings to solicit comments regarding possible amendments to the Office’s privately operated sports wagering rules prior to the Office issuing proposed amendments to the rules.
The purpose of the roundtable meetings is to solicit comments from members of the sports wagering industry as well as District residents concerning the Office’s privately operated sports wagering rules. The Office’s original privately operated sports wagering rules became effective on August 30, 2019, published at 66 DCR 11598 (August 30, 2019). The Office is now soliciting comments that will be utilized to develop and issue a proposed amendments to the rules.
