You Can Become the Powerball First Millionaire of the Year with iLottery
Purchase a Powerball ticket on iLottery and you will be automatically entered for a chance to become the Powerball First Millionaire of the Year. With no qualifying purchase amount, this is a fun and easy way to play, and WIN! The entry period begins on September 1, 2022 and ends on September 30, 2022. Players will receive one (1) draw entry for every transaction that includes a Qualified Purchase on iLottery. On October 4, 2022 – The DC Lottery will conduct one (1) Drawing to determine the two (2) Contestants in the DC iLottery Powerball First Millionaire of the Year Contest. The Grand Prize will be awarded during Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve program which will be televised on ABC.
How to Play
Any player that purchases a Powerball ticket on iLottery, regardless of the amount, will be entered to win. The entry period begins on September 1, 2022 @ 12:00 am and ends on September 30, 2022 @ 11:59:59 pm. Players will get one entry for every eligible Powerball purchase. On October 4, 2022 – DC Lottery will draw two (2) total winners for iLottery. *These winners will join four (4) winners from a separate DC Lottery 2nd Chance contest as semi-finalists submitted to MUSL for the opportunity to win $1 million on New Year’s Day – bringing the total number of DC Lottery semi-finalists to six (6).

Any iLottery players that purchase a Powerball® ticket (both winning and non-winning regardless of amount) from September 1 – September 30, 2022, will be automatically entered into the Powerball First Millionaire of the Year promotion. At the end of the contest period DC Lottery will conduct an internal drawing which will select two (2) iLottery players. Those two (2) players will be submitted as semi-finalists to MUSL for the opportunity to win $1 million on New Year’s Day. Both winners will receive a “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve VIP Experience” prize package valued at $20,000 which includes the following: a four-day, three-night trip for two (2) people to New York City, NY from December 29, 2022, to January 1, 2023, and shall include the following elements: - Round-trip, airline transportation for two (2) people from major airport nearest winner’s city to New York, NY. - Three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations at a first-class Times Square hotel. - Two (2) tickets to a welcome dinner on December 29, 2022. - Two (2) tickets for an exclusive entertainment experience (e.g., Broadway show, holiday dinner cruise on the Hudson River, etc.) on December 30, 2022. - Two (2) tickets for an exclusive New Year’s Eve dinner and party. - Two (2) gift bags, each with a retail value of at least Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350). - Meals covered (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) while in NYC. - Spending money in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) in the form of a pre-loaded gift card. -Ground transportation to and from airports, hotel, and activities in NYC. |
