During the course of the promotion (11/1/23-1/31/24) players must enter all three of their NON-WINNING Holiday Scratchers: ($1) Holiday Wishes, ($5) Holiday Fun 20X, and ($10) Winter Winnings into the contest to be eligible for entry.
