Enter DC Lottery’s Powerball First Millionaire of the Year 2nd Chance contest from August 1^st through – September 30, 2023. It’s easy to play!

Powerball® tickets (both winning and non-winning) purchased, will include a 2nd Chance Prize Code, which can used to enter the Powerball First Millionaire of the Year promotion. The 2nd Chance Prize Code will print on Powerball tickets with a spend of $5 or more. Cancelled tickets are not eligible. Purchase must be on one bet slip. One web code per purchase.

On October 3, 2023, DC Lottery will draw three (3) winners from amongst entrants of the DC Lottery 2nd chance website. On October 4, 2023 – DC Lottery will draw two (2) winners from amongst entrants of *DCilottery.com* Those five (5) players will be submitted as semi-finalists for the opportunity to win $1 million on New Year’s Day. All five winners will receive a Powerball First Millionaire of the Year cash prize of $2,024 courtesy of DC Lottery.
