This promotion will run from 9/6/20 – 10/3/20. During the promotion every player that purchases a Powerball ticket with a face value of $6 or more on a single ticket will receive a web code which could be used to enter the “Powerball New Year New Money 2nd Chance contest. Both winning and non-winning tickets are eligible. (Cancelled tickets are not eligible) (Purchase must be on one bet slip). One web code per purchase.
At the end of the promotion there will be a drawing in which DC Lottery will select five (5) winners. All five (5) winners will receive a *DC Lottery Powerball Millionaire NYE Party at Home Package. Also, the five (5) winners will be submitted as semi-finalists to the Multi State Lottery Association (MUSL) to participate in the Grand Prize Drawing for the opportunity to win $1 million on New Year’s Day during Dick Clark’s Rocking New Year’s Eve live TV broadcast.
