The DC Lottery will award a $1 million prize to Five Duces, LLC—a limited liability company formed on behalf of an office pool coworkers. This group won the second prize in the Mega Millions game played on October 23, 2018 that boasted a record-setting jackpot of $1.5 billion, the second largest in US lottery history.

Five Duces missed the jackpot by one number. The winning numbers were 5-28- 62-65-70; and the Mega Ball was 5. Five Duces matched the five winning numbers, but not the Mega Ball. The winning ticket was purchased at 7-ELEVEN, 1101 South Capitol Street, SW, which will receive a $10,000 commission bonus for this sale.
