Cashier at local parking lot claims $1 million top prize with $10 Million Cash Extravaganza game.
WASHINGTON, DC – Parking lot cashier and father of two, Abraha Estifanos, of the District, is the newest member of the DC Lottery’s Millionaires Club. He is the second $1 million top prize winner with the $10 Million Cash Extravaganza scratcher game. This winning ticket was purchased at Pan Mar Liquors, 1926 I Street, NW.
“I’m very excited to get this win. It will help with student loans for my daughter who is currently in college and tuition for my son who is about to graduate from high school,” said Mr. Estifanos, a single dad who says he’s hopefully looking to remarry.
When introduced to DC Lottery players in September 2018, the $10 Million Cash Extravaganza game featured more than $10 million in total cash prizes, three top prizes of $1 million, and the best odds of becoming an instant millionaire in DC Lottery history.
