April 3, 2023, the first drawing (16) winners will be selected to receive $2,000. From the (16) winners the second drawing (8) winners will advance to the next round. Eight (8) winners will receive $4,000. From the (8) winners there will be a third drawing to select (4) winners that will advance to the next round. Four (4) winners will receive $6,000. From the (4) winners there will be a fourth drawing to pick (2) winners that will advance to the next round. Two (2) winners will receive $8,000. From the (2) winners there will be a Final drawing to select the Grand Prize winner that will receive a $16,000 grand prize.

How to Play
During the contest period (3/1/23 - 3/31/23) every DC Lottery ticket, excluding DC Scratchers and Tap & Play games will bear a twenty (20) digit 2nd Chance Prize Code that can be used to enter the contest. Please be sure to enter any prize code characters that resemble the letter O as a number 0.
