The Waldorf, Maryland resident said he plans to keep his winnings in the bank, and he's also going to change how he plays the game. "I'm going to play Power Play now," he laughed. "I could have won one million." He bought his winning ticket at Facts and Snacks on Bolling Air Force Base in Southeast, Washington, D.C.
