Nancy Staves

Nancy is a native Washingtonian who has been playing the DC Lottery for years, particularly DC 3, DC 4, and DC 5. One day, feeling unwell, she decided to take a nap. Upon waking up, she remembered to check her tickets and exclaimed, "I think I have those numbers!" When asked about her plans for her winnings, she said, "A little of this and a little of that."
