Only $.25 to play for the chance to win $25,000, Maurice says DC 5 has, a "great payout with minimum risk." The native Washingtonian says this is his third trip to the winners' circle with DC 5 and affirms, "I'm going to keep playing DC 5. I do pretty well." Sounds like a smart play.
