"I always play the Sizzler," said Kevin Matthews about tripling his $10,000 win to $30,000. Matthews, of Northeast, Washington, D.C., played a combination of family birthdays. The numbers turned out to be the winning ones for the December 18th Hot Lotto drawing. He correctly matched all five white balls to win $10,000. He also played the Sizzler option for an additional $1. The Hot Lotto Sizzler number was three, multiplying his win three times for a grand total of $30,000. Matthews said he plans to use his prize money to pay bills and buy a big screen TV. "I need it to watch the Super Bowl!"
