November 17th was a #Winning day in the District. Janice McMillian was on the lucky list—but she almost missed it. A daily player of the quad sixes, Janice wasn't feeling her best on Monday evening so she decided not to brave the fall chill to stop and play. But, on the way home, Mr. McMillian had to stop for gas, so "I may as well play since I'm here," she thought. So that she did.
