Evelyn Malone is no stranger to the D.C. Lottery. She plays, she wins, and she wins big. The Washington, D.C. resident won $50,000 with DC-5 for its January 9, 2011 drawing. She also won $25,000 in 1999, playing an instant scratch ticket game. When asked "So, you're trying to win all the D.C. Lottery money?" Her only half-joking response was, "I'll take that task."
