How to Play
Purchase $3 or more on Race2Riches on a single ticket from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays during September at a DC Lottery retailer.
You will receive your Race2Riches ticket first. This ticket will contain a message congratulating and alerting you to look out for your free DC 2 ticket.
You will then receive your free DC 2 (straight play) Quick Pick ticket. The ticket will be good for the next available DC 2 drawing.
