DC Natives Day

DC Lottery was a sponsor of the D.C. Natives Day celebration at Union District Oyster Bar & Lounge. DC Lottery partnered with Tony Lewis Jr., activist and author who is also the co-brain child, and Angel Gregoria, DC business owner of “D.C. Natives Day.” This was the 2nd annual celebration, which was even more special this year given that “D.C. Natives Day” became an official legally recognized holiday in the District on May 20, 2019. Approximately 500 attendees attended this event, and you could feel the depth of pride and respect each person brought to the significance and honor of this event.
