The Office of Lottery and Gaming (OLG) is the regulatory body over all licensed gaming in the District of Columbia, including Lottery, Charitable Gaming and Sports Wagering.
The Sports Wagering Lottery Amendment Act of 2018 legalized sports wagering in the District of Columbia.

To operate and/or provide services for sports wagering operations in the District you must be licensed in one of the four categories.
Compliance and Enforcement
The OLG strives to ensure the public’s confidence and trust in the integrity of sports wagering operations in the District.
Sports Wagering Operators are required to provide information on monthly revenue generated at licensed facilities which the OLG will make public.
