Interpretive Guidance Applicable to Private-Operator Sports Wagering

Interpretive Guidance is issued by the Office of Lottery and Gaming to clarify licensing, operating or other requirements mandated by the regulations governing private-operator sports wagering.  The Interpretive Guidance does not establish any new regulatory expectations or requirements but is intended to provide regulation clarification.
