The D.C. Lottery has another opening filled in its Millionaires Club. A $1,000,000 winning Powerball ticket was purchased in D.C. for the Saturday, March 16, 2013 game. The winner, who has yet to claim their prize, matched five numbers from Saturday’s drawing, but not the Power Ball. The winning numbers were 3-7-21- 44-53; and the Power Ball was 16.
