Lottery’s Gold Community Service Award.”

Nominations for the D.C. Lottery’s Gold Community Service Award: The D.C. Lottery will accept ONLY online nominations through the form below. Nominees must be 18 years or older, live or work in the District of Columbia and their service must also take place in the District of Columbia. Nominations will be accepted May 13, 2011 through August 3, 2012.

D.C. Lottery will select the winners, and they will be announced on or around the 15th of every month starting on June 15, 2011. One winner per month will be selected through August 2012. Details are included in the Nomination Rules.
