A supplier is a person which sells,rents, leases or distributes bingo, raffle and Monte Carlo equipment and suppliesmust have a license issued by the D.C. Lottery and Charitable Games Control Board.

Any person, firm, partnership, association, organization or corporation authorizedto do business in the District of Columbia may apply for a license to sell, leaseor distribute Monte Carlo, bingo, raffle equipment and supplies.
