License Fees

Monte Carlo Night Party

The Board issues the following two (2) classes of licenses for Monte Carlo Night Party:

Class 1
License		Fee
Regular		$100
Senior Citizen		$10
Class 2
License		Fee
Monte Carlo Including Texas Hold'em		$500
Texas Hold'em Tournament		$500

Regular Bingo License

The Board issues four (4) classes of Regular Bingo Licenses:

Class		Fee
Class A - 500 or more players		$500
Class B - 251 - 499 players		$250
Class C - 250 or fewer players		$50
Class C - Senior Citizen Groups		$10
Class D - Senior Citizen Groups                    (Recreational)		No Charge

Limited Period Bingo License

The Board issues three (3) classes of Limited Period Bingo Licenses:

Class		Fee
Class A - 500 or more players		$200
Class B - 251 - 499 players		$100
Class C - 250 or fewer players		$25
Class C - Senior Citizen Groups		$10

Raffle License

The Board issues five (5) classes of Raffle Licenses:

Class		Fee
Class 1		$200
not to exceed one (1) year from effective date; no limitation on the value of the prizes
Class 2		$100
not to exceed one (1) year from effective date; prize value not to exceed $100,000.
Class 3		$50
not to exceed one (1) year from effective date; prize value not to exceed $15,000.
Class 4		$25
not to exceed 180 days from the effective date; prize value not to exceed $3,000
Class 5		$10
not to exceed 180 days from effective date; prize value not to exceed $500.

Regular Multi-Hall Bingo License

The Board issues three (3) classes of Limited Period Multi-hall Bingo Licenses:

Class		Fee
Class A - 500 or more players		$500
Class B - 251 - 499 players		$250
Class C - 250 or fewer players		$50

Limited Period Multi-Hall Bingo License

The Board issues three (3) classes of Limited Period Multi-hall Bingo Licenses:

Class		Fee
Class A - 500 or more players		$200
Class B - 251 - 499 players		$100
Class C - 250 or fewer players		$25

Organizations already licensed to conduct a regular or limited period bingo and applying for a multi-hall bingo license, must pay the additional multi-hall bingo license fee. Unlicensed organizations applying for a multi-hall bingo license must also obtain a regular or limited period bingo license and will be charged a separate fee for each license.
